| Kinyamonya is the biggest festival in Ama which takes place in summer. More than 1000 of people dance in an ecstasy, even you can join it in free performance section. Country wide Folk songs and dances perform on live stage. After the Kinyamonya festival, there is a fire work contest, especially underwater fire works are splendid. |
| The tug of war festival is one of the largest events which held in spring. The event held in outer garden of Oki shrine. The Event ground is full of cherry trees and cherry blossoms bring an unexplainable beauty to the event. The teams with little practice or even without practice can participate to the event and the main intention of the event is not to win but to spend a nice time with everyone. The event is very lively and you can enjoy by cheering or even participating. Even you lose or win you can have a drink with people and share the laughter with many others. |
