AMA Island is located in the Sea of Japan about 60km north east of the Shimane prefecture. AMA is one of the four main islands of the OKI Island chain. The island is well-known for the Kinyamonya dance and delicious sea foods. It's a small Island with the population around 2500 people. You can enjoy Sea Kayaking,scuba diving, fishing, camping and many other things. Or if you just want to gaze at the blue sky while sitting on the beach or want to see the sunset while enjoying a beer, AMA is an ideal place for you.

You can access to Island by ferry from Sakaiminato port (Tottori Prefecture) or Shichirui port (Shimane Prefecture)
